Over 35 years experience, H&J Services Pty Ltd has been a family business since 1981. Moving it's business from Victoria to Brisbane in 1995. The experience in the service and repair of overhead cranes, jib cranes, and chain hoists, throughout these years is immeasurable and always to the current Australian Standards. No service or repair is too difficult to carry out, and always within the client's budget and time requirements. Not only does H&J Services Pty Ltd offer regular servicing and upgrades of Overhead Gantry, Bridge, and Portal Cranes, jib cranes, chain hoists and monorails, but also urgent repairs, even after hours, and the availability of readily available and rarer spare parts for cranes old and new.

Repairs
Repairs do not only happen during the hours of 9 to 5, Monday to Fridsay, they can happen at anytime. H&J Services Pty Ltd is available 24 hours day, 7 days a week, and can be at your site in as quick as time as possible.
Regular Services
As per Australian Standard AS2550.3-2002 Section 7 – Maintenance Inspection & repairs, Clause 7.2.2 Routine Maintenance Service, overhead cranes and hoists should be serviced at a minimum interval of 3 months, so not only is it a legal requirement to have your cranes serviced, but it would also be beneficial for the continuation and smooth operation of your business, with preventative maintenance..
Major Inspections
From time to time your overhead crane may require a service that is outside the regular. These are also to ensure your crane is operating within the Australian Standards, and would include:

25 Year Compliance Inspection – as per Australian Standard AS2550.1 and AS2550.3-2002, Re-certification for Continued Safe Operation – as per section 7.4.1

10 Year Major Inspection of Mechanical Components for Assessment for Continued Safe Operation – as per section 7.3.4 and 7.4.1
Parts
H&J Services Pty Ltd can also source parts for your crane whether it be a new crane or rarer parts for those older cranes. Where parts may not be available, they may be fabricated. Parts available would range from wheels, pinions and hoist ropes to conductor rail items and remote controls and pendants.
